The purpose of this show is to promote bodybuilding, fitness, figure, bikini, and to help introduce physique in our area, while benefiting a worthy cause. My goal is that all entry fees, ticket sales, and raffle money be donated to the Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Organization for research with sponsorships covering the cost of producing the show.
I also hope to help new competitors learn more about contest prep, actual stage performance, posing, etc. and to give seasoned competitors a new forum in which to get feedback from judges and to better prepare for other shows.
Above all I want to honor my dad with something I truly love, and give competitors a fun good experience to help the southern competition scene grow.

This will be something not offered at most shows, and its FREE!!! We will have a competitors seminar which will take everyone step-by-step through the events for the pre-judging and evening show. We will discuss the line-up, order of events, and will discuss posing, stage presence, mandatory poses, suits, tanning... you name it!!! Competitors will also have an open forum in which to discuss any topics concerning competing in general or this particular show. We will have demonstrations of each category and what will be required of competitors. Questions concerning any competition subject will be allowed....we are here to learn and better ourselves. I want this show to be about helping each competitor be their best! The seminar will take place at Expressions Dance Studio Friday, May 25th at 6:30pm. directions to all locations will be emailed to competitors

All competitors will be allowed to practice their routines, walks, and poses during weigh in time so you will feel more at ease for pre-judging. This is not mandatory and does not have to be full out. You can mark your routines/posing but still get a feel for the stage.
There will be an opening number in which all competitors will be announced and we will do a fun crowd interaction to kick off the show. This will be explained and ran through before night show.

1st-3rd place will be awarded for each category as well as overall. We will also have several fun awards such as Best posing routine", "Best Legs", "Next Cover Model"....and more!!! Also, let your family & friends know there will be raffles and give aways....plus entertainment. It'll be a fun fun fun show!!!
